JF Mix 4000 PA Feed Mixer has a new concept of mixing system featuring a rotor and mixing paddles designed to reach a quick and uniform mixture keeping nutritional values preserved, providing better nutrition for high quality production of meat or milk.
The mixing system with rotor and paddles was designed for effective and homogeneous distribution of the feed from the beggining to end of the trough.
The mixing paddles are equipped with rubber for perfect mixing of the bottom particles that remain in the mixer box.
Characteristics
Feed mixer with capacity of 4m³ and 6m³, tractor powered, mixing tank made of carbon steel, paddle mixers with removable knives, tank with counter-knife, rubber cleaner to clean the bottom of the tank (optional included), planetary gearbox with resistance to mixing and cutting of hay, haylage, silage and other materials for animal nutrition, back protection, PTO shaft protection, optional weighing system with downloading of data to USB memory/computer, convenyor belt for direct discharge at the trough, jack, wheels, hydraulic discharge door, front load cell. PTO shaft transmission with gearbox, adjustable conveyor belt with articulation pin support lock, adjustable height drawbar, required revolution of 540 RPM at PTO, required power at PTO starting from 50hp.
