JF Mix 4000/6000 CS is a feed mixer for salt and concentrate, built entirely in stainless steel. It is extremely resistant, specially the parts in contact with abrasive and oxidating materials. Equipped with rubber cleaners in the mixing paddles, it doesn't leave leftovers at the bottom of the tank, avoiding waste of expensive feed.
It has an exclusive mixing system and a joystick control for discharge flow adjustment. It also features the scale DG 5000 system with multi-recipe programming and downloadable info to computers. It is the feed mixer ideal for free range cattle system, making it possible to supplement directly in the field.
Characteristics
Feed mixer with capacity for 4m³ and 6m³, specific for mixing salt and concentrate, built in 5mm stainless steel sheet, equipped with paddle mixing system, paddle with rubber cleaner, planetary gearbox for mixing mineral feed for animal nutrition, PTO shaft protection, flexible tube for discharging directly at the trough, articulated structure covered with canvas, jack, rear access to easily add ingredients to the mixture. Transmission by reduction gearbox, joystick control for flow adjustment, flotation tyres, optional weighing system with downloading of data to USB memory/computer, required revolution of 540 RPM at PTO, required power at PTO starting from 50 hp.
